1. APOLOGIES.

 

Apologies were received from Crs Backes and Bastic.

 

RESOLVED: (His Worship the Mayor, Cr D. Sullivan/Schick) that the apologies be received and accepted and leave of absence be granted to Crs Backes and Bastic from the Works Committee Meeting of the Council held on Tuesday, 18th November, 2003.

 

2. MINUTES.

 

CONFIRMATION OF THE MINUTES OF THE WORKS COMMITTEE MEETING HELD ON TUESDAY, 14TH OCTOBER, 2003.

 

W44 RESOLUTION: (Schick/Seng) that the Minutes of the Meeting of the Works Committee held on Tuesday, 14th October, 2003 (copies of which were circulated to all Councillors) be and are hereby confirmed as a correct record of the proceedings of that meeting.

 

RESOLVED: (Schick/Seng) that the Meeting be adjourned at 6.10 p.m.

5.2 DIRECTOR ASSET & INFRASTRUCTURE SERVICES' REPORT 67/2003 - DUNNINGHAM RESERVE SKATE PARK PETITION

5.1 DIRECTOR ASSET & INFRASTRUCTURE SERVICES' REPORT 66/2003 - 41 WOOMERA ROAD, LITTLE BAY - ARAUCARIA HETEROPHYLLA (NORFOLK ISLAND PINE) GROWING WITHIN THE REAR OF PROPERTY. (P/017660)

 

W45 RESOLUTION: (His Worship the Mayor, Cr D. Sullivan/Schick) that approval be granted to remove the Norfolk Island pine from the rear of 41 Woomera Road, Little Bay, and that it be replaced with a more appropriate tree species.

5.2 DIRECTOR ASSET & INFRASTRUCTURE SERVICES' REPORT 67/2003 - DUNNINGHAM RESERVE SKATE PARK PETITION. (98/S/2974)

 

W46 RESOLUTION: (His Worship the Mayor, Cr D. Sullivan/Schick) that Council further investigate possible locations within the Coogee Basin area for a small-scale skate facility, with a further report to be brought back to Council detailing these proposed locations.
